Above and beyond: Chris helped me sell my mothers condo in Birdbay. He guided us through the process, helped with getting the unit cleaned and painted, did a great listing, and got it sold in short order. Now he is helping with post sale details. Comunication was excellent and he obviously love his job. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
