I met Chris Keller while attending an open house in Bird Bay Village He immediately struck me as a friendly and professional realtor He proceeded to show me around pointing out all the features of the condo At the time we were thinking of selling our condo and I contacted Chris to help with that I sold real estate outside of Boston for 20 years and I know a good realtor when I see one He was on top of everything and got back to me immediately on any concerns or questions I had It was a trying time for me and it was not easy task for me to sell but he stuck with me Doing this from up north, where my primary home is, we were not able to get down right away to remove our bikes and things we wanted to keep Chris went above and beyond storing our items until we could get back down to FL I highly recommend Christopher Kellee for your selling and or your buying journey!! 🏠🔑

My name is Dan Webster. My wife Dawn and I recently purchased a villa in St. Andrews Park within The Plantation. We first met Chris Keller at an open house — which turned out to be the very villa we ended up buying. Over the past 40+ years, Dawn and I have purchased multiple residential and commercial properties, so we’ve worked with many realtors. Chris stands out as one of the best. His service, both before and after closing, was truly exceptional. One example that really impressed us: the day after closing, Chris stopped by to check in and help with a few questions. While there, he noticed one of the garage door openers had a weak battery. Without hesitation, he took it with him and returned shortly after with new batteries installed. That’s the kind of above-and-beyond service you just don’t see every day. We highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares and delivers outstanding service.
