Absolutely amazing working with Chris!! I will NEVER use another realtor again. Chris was so patient and accommodating it was unreal. The simple bag of goodies and waters while searching house by house in the car made us realize he pays attention to even the smallest details. After we found our perfect house and were ready for closing we had some issues (self imposed) Chris kept me calm and remained confident we would get everything handled and within an hour we were signing paperwork and now are moving into our forever home!! If you’re in the Venice area, Sarasota county or hell in the state of Florida, seek Chris Keller out. I assure you you’ll feel the same after working with him. We first met Chris Keller at an open house — which turned out to be the very villa we ended up buying. His service, both before and after closing, was truly exceptional. One example that really impressed us: the day after closing, Chris stopped by to check in and help with a few questions. While there, he noticed one of the garage door openers had a weak battery. Without hesitation, he took it with him and returned shortly after with new batteries installed. Having lost our Venice, FL villa in Hurricane Helene a year ago, I realized how much I missed Venice. My friends introduced me to Chris, once I decided to search for another home. Chris is professional, friendly and genuinely caring. He took time to ask questions as to my likes and dislikes. No pressure. Even when I asked to visit the same location several times, Chris was patient and kind, never making me feel it was a chore for him. He listened to my comments and questions. I am now a happy condo owner, and gained a friend too!
